Schools are required to have in place a procedure for dealing with complaints from parents. The policy below sets out a guide to how a complaint from a parent may proceed if it cannot be resolved informally. It is however the expectation that resorting to this formal process would be used on very only rare occasions as we would hope that all of our families would feel that the class teachers, the pastoral support team and senior leadership are all approachable enough to be trusted to sort out any issues that may arise.
